Thank you for your interest in the Miss All American Pageant hosted by RPM Productions, Inc.. Please review our refund policy for various products and services offered on missallamerican.com. By purchasing any of the items listed below, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

General Refund Policy

All sales on missallamerican.com are final. Refunds will only be issued in limited circumstances as described in this policy. Once a purchase is made, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Specific Refund Terms by Product

1. Entry Fees

All entry fees for the Miss All American Pageant are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to withdrawal, disqualification, or failure to attend the event. Please ensure you are committed to participating in the pageant before submitting your entry fee.

2. Advertisements

Purchases for advertisements on the Website, event programs, or other promotional materials are non-refundable. Once an advertisement space has been purchased and approved, no refunds will be granted. If you need to update or correct an advertisement, please contact us immediately, and we will try to accommodate changes if possible.

3. People’s Choice Voting

All purchases made for People’s Choice Voting are non-refundable. Voting credits are purchased in support of your preferred contestant, and once votes are cast, they cannot be retracted or refunded. Please carefully review your selection before finalizing any purchase.

4. Tickets

Tickets purchased for the Miss All American Pageant or any associated events are non-refundable, including cases of no-show or failure to attend. Refunds will only be issued if an event is canceled or rescheduled by RPM Productions, Inc. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, we will notify ticket holders of the process to obtain a refund or transfer.

5. Merchandise

All sales of merchandise on our website are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted in the case of damaged or defective goods. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase and photos of the defect may be required. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a mistake or defective product on our part.

Include your order number, proof of purchase, and an explanation of your refund request. We will review the request and notify you if a refund is approved.

Processing Time

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
