A lasting legacy
RPM Productions, Inc.
Our History

Since 1979, RPM Productions, Inc. has been a leading force in the pageant industry, fostering excellence and empowering women to achieve their dreams on national and global stages. Our journey began with Paula Miles’ first year as state director, when she guided Miss South Carolina USA, Shawn Weatherly, to win the title of Miss USA and then to Seoul, South Korea, where Shawn became Miss Universe 1980. With the founding of the Miss Teen USA pageant in 1983, RPM Productions expanded its mission to reach a broader group of extraordinary young women, quickly becoming a respected name in the industry. Over the years, we proudly expanded our footprint, adding Louisiana in 1990, North Carolina in 1992, and Alabama in 2011, creating a legacy while building a pageant family across multiple states.
Our history is marked by a series of achievements, with national titleholders who have left an indelible mark on the pageant world. RPM Productions has had the honor of guiding one Miss Universe, seven Miss USAs, four Miss Teen USAs, and one Miss World. Our remarkable titleholders, including Shawn Weatherly, Gina Tolleson, Lu Parker, Ali Landry, Vanessa Minnillo, Shelley Hennig, Chelsea Cooley, Kristen Dalton, K. Lee Graham, Katherine Haik, Cheslie Kryst, and Morgan Romano, embody the strength, poise, and spirit that define the values we uphold at RPM Productions.
In 2024, RPM Productions embarked on an exciting new journey to expand our mission of empowering young women and making a positive impact. While we reflect with pride on the incredible legacy we built with the Miss USA Organization, we have always known that the combination of our deep industry experience and network could be orchestrated to have a broader impact, and we are now launching the first phase of a much larger vision. With a continued passion for inspiring growth, confidence, and leadership, we are eager to encourage and inspire the next generation of women in bold and transformative ways. This is the beginning of something extraordinary.
