McKINLEY FARESE

Miss All American 2025

21  •  Germantown, TN

McKinley Farese, a proud native of Germantown, Tennessee, is a senior at the University of Mississippi pursuing a B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications. As a member of Kappa Delta Alpha Mu, she thrives on building connections and contributing to her community with enthusiasm and purpose.

McKinley has been an advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through Best Buddies for 12 years. She has spoken to more than 5,000 school-aged children across Tennessee, championing kindness and inclusion. Passionate about empowering youth through peer-to-peer advocacy and teen volunteerism, she looks forward to working alongside Smile Train—the world’s largest cleft-focused organization—to amplify awareness of their mission to ensure every child with a cleft has access to the care they deserve.

As a signed model with The Block Agency, McKinley has worked in commercial, catalog, editorial, runway, and promotional modeling. These experiences have honed her confidence, adaptability, and interpersonal communication skills, which she applies daily to inspire and uplift others.

McKinley is honored and ready to embrace the Miss All American organization’s transformative mission to inspire young women to rise with purpose. Intentionally aligned with its values, she aims to foster confidence, encourage authentic action, and help redefine pageantry as a beacon of empowerment and opportunity.
