Conduct & Behavior You must participate in all pageant activities and wear pageant identification at all times. You are required to participate in all facets of the competition, which are outlined in the contestant manual and include certain wardrobe requirements such as swimwear or activewear. Be respectful and engaged in all scheduled activities. The pageant schedule is very busy! You are required to be on time. Do not attempt to meet family, friends, your significant other, or anyone else during pageant activities or breaks, unless approved by the Pageant Director or your assigned chaperone. Conduct yourself in a manner that reflects positively on the pageant, its organizers, sponsors, and other participants. Avoid any actions, behavior, or language that could be considered offensive, inappropriate, or harmful to others. Maintain a positive and respectful image in public, while on social media and in any other public forum. This includes refraining from posting or endorsing content that is defamatory, discriminatory, explicit, or otherwise damaging to the reputation of the Pageant or its associated entities. Abide by all stipulations and obligations in the Contestant Agreement. 2. Supervision & Safety While engaged in pageant activities, you must be in the company of a pageant chaperone. Be smart and be safe. Do not venture off from the group. If you see something suspicious, report it immediately to pageant personnel. RPM Productions is not responsible for valuables, lost or misplaced items. We strongly suggest that you not bring expensive jewelry or large amounts of cash. Be sure to mark your clothes and other items for easy identification. All hotel charges, including incidental expenses, will be your responsibility. Any hotel damage is also your responsibility. RPM Productions will not be responsible for any expenses, damages, or negotiating which party is responsible for hotel damages. 3. Schedule & Meals You must follow the provided itinerary and adhere to any changes or updates to the schedule. The pageant will provide meals and snacks as designated on your itinerary. You will be responsible for any other meals. 4. Travel and Host City Arrangements You are responsible for your hotel arrangements and travel to, from, and throughout Pageant week. 5. Communication & Media You may not schedule, agree to, or participate in any interviews or media appearances without prior approval from the Pageant Director or Contestant Coordinator. You must adhere to the Social Media policy provided by the pageant. Silence cell phones during rehearsals and shows. 6. Theater, Dressing Rooms, and Backstage Access All rehearsals are closed to the public. Per theater rules, eating is restricted to designated areas only. Any photography or audio or video recording is strictly prohibited inside the dressing rooms. Coaches, parents, or other visitors will not be allowed backstage. Only specified RPM Productions team members will be permitted backstage during the pageant. Pageant personnel will be available to assist you. 7. Prohibited Activities No consumption of alcohol or illicit drugs, regardless of age, and no smoking in public or during any pageant activities. Personal hairdressers or makeup artists will be allowed only in the dedicated hair and make-up room. You are not allowed to have them visit you in your hotel room or to go to their rooms or meet in any off-site location during the pageant weekend. Do not solicit or sell any products, goods, or services during the pageant weekend. 8. Judges & Competitions You, your parents, friends, relatives, coaches, etc., are not to engage the judges or auditors. RPM Productions has the sole and final decision in contestant eligibility and disqualification. 9. Departure Award winners must remain at the theater for required photos at the conclusion of the Pageant. All other Contestants are dismissed at the conclusion of the pageant. All personal belongings must be removed from the theater immediately following the crowning of winners. 10. Reporting Responsibility If you witness any of these rules being broken, it is your responsibility to report the infraction to your chaperone or RPM team member.
